Description: Robinet has lost his head for an artist of the music hall. He tries to join her in the dressing room after the performance - but it is too late: she has already gone home. So he decides to reach the chanteuse at her apartment. On the way there, he has a bad encounter with some “apaches” who hit and rob him; arrived at her door, he rings the doorbell, but the answer is only a bucket of cold water over his head. Finally he manages to enter at night in her bedroom; but as she sees him, she screams and calls the police. At the end Robinet is arrested by two policemen. The video is a copy from the film print held by the Museo Nazionale del Cinema and previously restored by the EYE Filmmuseum: 35 mm, positive, polyester, 150 m, 8’ at 18 fps, black and white, Dutch intertitles, silent.
